Staff Training Services

Whilst being a fully functional Guesthouse for local and international clients with a top-notch coffee shop, the APS Guesthouse also provides training to hospitality staff. Through its involvement in all industries in Namibia, Africa Personnel Services has identified the need for appropriate training facilities, to upskill basic housekeeping, bar tendering, frontline, waiters and room/guest attendant staff. In the hospitality industry, service is of utmost importance. Our certified facilitator makes the content relevant and interesting for all participants. Trainees get the opportunity to put into practice what they have learnt during the theoretical sessions, by doing practical training sessions at the APS Guesthouse, serving our guests that resides in the guest house or attending to guests using our conferencing facilities or that are hosting a function in our dining areas.

Training can be done onsite as per client requirements or at the APS Guesthouse training venue. Minimum of 5 students required for onsite training. Students are also awarded a certificate of attendance.
